Keysoft Systems, Inc. was founded in 2000 and is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) business providing systems engineering and information technology services for the U. S. Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) and Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (PEO C4I) in San Diego, CA. The management and staff of Keysoft Systems all have technical backgrounds with individual experience of at least twenty years.
Keysoft Systems currently provides government acquisition, program management and engineering support for the US Navy (SPAWAR) to include program engineering management, technical risk analysis, engineering process management and development. Keysoft is currently providing engineering and acquisition support services to US Navy (PEO C4I) Tactical Networks Department (PMW160) for network infrastructure and ship systems engineering and programmatic expertise to support the integration of C4I network program systems into new construction and Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) ships. Keysoft Systems is also providing engineering and acquisition support services to the PEO C4I Shore and Expeditionary Tactical Networks Department (PMW 790).

Keysoft Systems has knowledge of and experience in Naval intelligence processes, cycle, and organizations Including the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting, and disseminating intelligence data (for production/Analysis). Examples of this knowledge and experience include Navy C4ISR/IT and GCCS-M.
- The technical staff includes software developers and systems engineers with bachelor or advanced degrees leading and supporting projects in San Diego, California. Developers and engineers are experienced with HP/UX, CMW, B1 security concepts, and existing PC software products (COM, DCOM, Office, etc). Areas of expertise include: C, C++, Unix, Linux, X, Motif, Java, Trusted Solaris, GeoViz, and utilities such as make and CVS.
