Healthcare Plan

Full time employees are eligible to participate in our medical, dental, vision and group life insurance plan. Coverage includes a generous 80% to employee and 80% to dependents.


Blue Shield of California is the provider of choice for Keysoft Systems, as such, Keysoft Systems offers the option of either an HMO or an PPO.


Personal Time Off (PTO)

Eligible employees of Keysoft Systems will accrue 120 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO) per year. A total accrual of three weeks annually.


VSP Signature Plan

Eligible employees may enroll in the VSP Signature Plan at not cost to the employee. Family members may be added at the cost of a minimal copay to the employee. You may receive one eye exam per year. In addition you may select one pair of eyeglasses or one pair of contact lenses per year.

401(k) Retirement Plan and Profit Sharing

The Keysoft Systems 401(k) Plan offers Frontier Trust. Keysoft Systems offers a guaranteed employer match of 4%, along with a profit sharing option annually.


Stock Option and Bonus Plan

Keysoft Systems offers a stock option and stock bonus plan, which will allow employees to purchase and receive stock in Keysoft Systems.


Section 125 Plan

Keysoft Systems offers a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan provided through American Mutual Benefits. All Keysoft Systems employees are eligible to participate in the Cafeteria Plan. A true "Pay as you go" plan, with no estimating or "use it or lose it." The plan allows employees to have qualifying benefits (such as insurance premiums, out of pocket medical expenses, and day care costs) deducted from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis.
